Lift-off Photolithography Services

We offer contract photolithography and photolithographic patterning for lift off applications. We can pattern for lift-off of layers up to about 15 microns in thickness. This has been used fof making fiducials, as well as selective optical filters made by Advanced Thin Films.

We have experience in patterning many different geomotry substrates including square, rectangular, round and other.
