ITO patterning and Photolithography Services

We offer contract photolithography and ITO patterning. We have experience in patterning ITO covered substrates for selective ITO electrodes and fiducials patterns. The ITO is etched in an etchant to remove it in the undiesired locations.

We have experience in patterning many different geomotry substrates including square, rectangular, round and other.
