Environmental Testing and Evaluation Lab
The Environmental Testing and Evaluation Lab consists of a Tenney temperature/humidity chamber that operates from -70C° to 200C°. Additionally, the suite includes a Thermal Shock Chamber for non-operational survival testing over the same temperature range. There is an Unholtz-Dickie mechanical vibration platform capable of swept sine, 5 kilohertz vibration of up to 60 g’s and 0.5 millisecond shock pulses to 200 g’s. CAPT also has an M/Rad drop tower for controlled mechanical shock.
